CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things come up. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time, a fee of 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. If the appointment is rescheduled within 1 month of the original appointment date, the 50% fee will be applied towards the new appointment cost. Clients who no-show their appointments will be charged a non refundable fee of 100% of the service cost.
